Payment is made in full before the commission is undertaken.
It takes up to two weeks to complete. I will send you a photograph before despatch.
The finished piece can be posted directly to the recipient with a personal message.
There is a section in the ordering process for comments/message. In this section please dont forget type the pet's name.
